Woolworths Click & Collect very long waiting period

I recently collected products purchased on Click & Collect from Woolworths, Mall of the North, Polokwane. The entire process took approximately 45 minutes to conclude from my arrival in the parking lot and being met by an employee to my receiving the purchase. This is inordinately long and my following up with Customer Care has taken me nowhere. Woolworths, is this normal?!
