Woolworths charge you R305 more as the agreement, to replace a new card

After replace a card Woolworths charge you R305 after the lady renew the card say it cost R150. Then it takes more than 3 weeks for delivery on the card as the courier.

This is really unacceptable and a money making issue. This is really poor service and money making.

Any bank charge you only +/- R60 for a new card. Why is Woolworths charge you R305???
