Woolworths CC Fica block after 2 weeks of new account

Recently opened a WW CC account, not even two weeks later I received a notification "Woolworths Financial Services:Mr C Siebert, the residential address on your Woolworths Credit Card account has recently changed. Please submit a utility bill/retail statement (not Woolworths/ABSA and not older than 3 months) to ***." I have never changed any address, the card is now fica blocked, went into the branch submitted documents again as requested, was advised the block would be lifted after one hour, 48 hours later the card is still fica blocked and no one has answers. Obtaining this card has been nothing but problems, paying for a service you can't use.

Stay far, far away from any financial services WW has to offer, it'll be nothing but problems.
