Woolworths Cavendish Square

Experienced ****** from staff in the Cavendish Square store on 05/03/2025 and sent an email of complaint to their Head Office on 07/03/2025. I received an email from Head Office on 10/03/2025 stating my complaint was forwarded to the store manager and that the store manager would be in contact with me. I am yet to receive any acknowledgement, response or feedback from the store manager. I am appalled that a company and brand who associates itself with high quality does not apply the same principle when it comes to customer service and making customers feel heard and valued.
