Woolworths Cavendish

Yesterday at woolworths Cavendish as leaving the stores back door a strong wind came through next thing I knew the door came slamming on my son which I tried moving so fast way which knocked myself and my son down that we flew to the back almost hitting the railings and Christmas box stand ..Security called management and he came taking down my details and asked if I'm ok but not offering me a seat after being knocked to the floor with a son of 6 years old my hand was injury and son leg was injury I was told head office would contact me and they will follow up for the next 5 day incase I need a doctor ,yet not even a phone call today to find out if we okay , a hour later after i returned from spur oppsite the road door stoppers was put in..what do they think of there customers being injury because their doors didnt have stoppers in the first place. .My body is completely bruised with blue marks all over aswell as my son of 6 years old leg but not a call back to find out if we need any medical assistance or anything there was video footage aswell to prove it..I should have reported it to centre management first but myself and my son was trumatised at the time .I am disgusted
