Woolworths causing bad credit record

I have drawn a Clear Score report under my identity number and it still shows Woolworths missed payments for a substantial period of time (WHILST BEING UNDER DEBT REVIEW WITH DEBT BUSTERS) and the Woolworths “missed payments” for such a long period (from 1 September 2018 till 1 June 2020) suggests that I am a bad or ruthless, non-paying customer, resulting in a questionable credit record. I have lodged several complaints and requests over the last few weeks, to no avail. Woolworths in fact still had my one account as ACTIVE on the Clear Score report, but I fail to understand that NO ONE made an effort to remove the false information (i.e. missed payments) from my record!!
