Woolworths Cashier Etiquette

I just came from the Woolworths in Menlyn Park (Sunday the 23rd)and I was on their express till in the foods section. The cashier served the woman next to me then said.. in Setswana “can I get your Woolworths card”.. I give her my card and she looks at me and says “is this your card?” I reply yes to which she still stares at me and asks me whether I need a plastic or not. When she completes the transaction, she takes my card and scratches it on her merchant receipt to emboss my card number on the receipt! She then takes my signed copy and looks at it then mutters something. I am overly offended and would like to know whether this is policy?? Secondly I didn’t get a greeting yet the customer right before and right after me were greeted and asked how they were. When she noticed my expression she muttered under her breath. I’ve been a loyal Woolworths member since 2015 and I have never experienced this. I know about signing but why is my card number being traced over and copied ? I would not go to this Woolworths again. It just ruined my whole mood.
