Woolworths Cascades: Rotten fresh produce with a full week BBD

Again today, I received rotten fresh produce from Woolworths Cascades in Pietermaritzburg. This was handpicked and delivered by the Dash Delivery service. The “supervisor” Duncan was unable to satisfactorily resolve the query, on the call he became louder and more agitated and didn’t seem to mind the matter going to the media. I am still awaiting a call back from Norma who is apparently the manager for the shift today.
