Woolworths Cascade is pathetic!!

I placed an order on the Woolworth app last night for mini cupcakes, cheese puff, chicken puffs and chicken salad. When I placed the order last night it stated at 10 today morning it will arrive. To my surprise when I log back on that app it shows between 10-1 which made me a little worried as I needed the stuff to give it to a kid in school and he finishes at 12:30. I kept calling the online department and being made a fool that the driver will be here at 11:30. He came at 12. He opened a sealed Woolworths box infront of me and boom, my cupcakes for a underprivileged child birthday was all smashed and messed up, the cheese and chicken puffs were iced cold like it came out the freezer. The driver is my witness and I did feel bad for him as he thought he was in trouble which was not his fault cause the store packed it wrongfully. I spoke to a lady who offered to change it but it was to late we I needed to give the child. In the end I actually felt bad to take such poor quality stuff for the kid and never went and gave him.

I'm really disappointed and disgusted at what Woolworths has done.
