Woolworths Car Insurance..a mistrey!!!

I am so frustrated right now. Woolworths insurance? Does it even exist???So, I have insured my car with Woolworths insurance, every month debit order goes off my account smoothly, now I am in a crisis and since I am insured thought no issue let me lodge a claim. Then boooom..wooolworths insurance: 1st agent:Hi Maam not not aware of insurance I have reached the wrong department, called again now worried :-( 2nd agent: put me through 1st firstrwomen (After 30 min waiting period) 3rd Agent:Sorry maam please contact ABSA we don't deal with Car Insurance(drops call) Now my frustration leveling up. Asking myself I signed contract with Woolworths why must I call ABSA? I don't even have direct line with ABSA so it means another 30+ minutes of being transferred from pillar to post?? :-( Ok, So I called ABSA ..after multiple tries reached the agent..Yes you guessed it right ..Sorry Maam have no idea what you are talking about .mmmmmhhhh

PS: I have been insured with Woolworths car insurance for 10 years ...and now have to go through this ???????:-(
