Woolworths canal walk online team of no assistance

I have been trying to get an account from woolworths for more than a year now and each time when applying same response decline because there's a block code and when you contact financial department it's like these guys don't know what to do as you get told that collection should sort it out and collection's will tell you to speak to Acquistions back and forth with these guys even the person assisting you don't understand what these guys are doing is there know standard put in place that everyone needs to adhere to so disappointed with this service.
