Woolworths Canal Walk Closing Time

Went to Woolworths Canal Walk Friday, 13 August 2021. According to Google the mall is open until 19h00. While i was in the fitting room, the shop just started shutting down (at 18h10). Before i could even make my way to the till they started turning the lights off - even though there were still patrons in the store! We then had to navigate our way in the dark to the exit. Absolutely unbelievable! I understand, you have a closing time. But the least you can do is make an announcement so patrons know whats going on and then wait for the store to empty before you start switching off. The rest of the mall only closed at 20h00 by the way.
