Woolworths cakes. You'll drive for your refund.

Woolworths really can mess up a person's day indeed. We ordered the malva milktart cascading cake on the app for delivery. Order was placed on the 22/12/2021 for delivery on 26/12/2021, the driver comes with a baked milk tart citing that the cascading cake is out of stock. This order was placed on the 22/12/2021 and now you guys delivery the wrong thing. Bear in mind, we paid for the cascading cake already. Now we are sitting with a baked milktart because someone was too lazy to call us and let us know. Seriously how pathetic is this? We paid for something and then get something else without being informed. The reason why we ordered this was because we went to 4 different woolworths and couldn't get this cake. This is sad seriously. Order number ***. Now we even have to drive to get our refund . Woolworths really does make the worst difference in one's life. Since Tuesday nobody was willing to think that an order has been placed. Pathetic indeed.
