Woolworths Cafe VA Waterfront poor service

My daughter went for lunch at Woolworths Cafe VA waterfront and was very disappointed. She had ordered a chicken mayo sandwich, was told she would have to have a kiddies sandwich as not sufficient bread was available and then was told they had run out of chicken!!! Granted, the store paid for her drink but at a busy store in the VA Waterfront how do they run out of food?
