Woolworths Cafe = trashy

I’m utterly disgusted with the service at the Woolworths Cafe at Mall of the North, Polokwane. We waited for so long to get help. All the waiters were either no where to be seen or talking amongst themselves. The cafe was empty so there was no excuse. When we eventually got help, our waiter was extremely rude. I asked her if it is possible for a certain coffee to be iced and she said I should do it myself if i want it that way.

On top of that, the glass that was given to us for water smelt like eggs. We couldn’t even use it.

I’m honestly disappointed and expected better.
