Woolworths cafe northridge mall

My family and I experienced the worst service at woolworths cafe at northridge square in Bloemfontein. We waited over 30 minutes for our coffee and our food more than 1hr 30 min. We ultimately left without eating and paid only for our drinks. This was an order for breakfast
