Woolworths Cafe Mall of Africa

Went to the café in Mall of Africa, and I have never experienced service this atrocious. Took almost half an hour for my order to arrive and thereafter when I wanted the bill my waitress was nowhere to be found. After asking various waiters over the course of the next hour for my bill, I only recieved my bill after having requested to speak to the manager. This is no acceptable.
