Woolworths Bryanston - appalling attitude and service

Good start to New Year Woolworths. Shocking service and attitude received at Bryanston food store. Just got there 17h56 after visiting vet and doors were closed. Male guard at door this eve saw me and went and his behind door at coffee shop. Banged on window to ask him to let me in and he ignored me. Kept on turning pages of Clicks brochure - when I peered closer to glass he shrunk further back against the door. Not only that, your employee (a woman)at coffee station looked directly at me and continued to unpack her trolley. She looked up and completely ignored my commotion. At 17.58 someone must have ordered they open the door. As I walked in I saw the manager (woman)look at me as I entered- didn't greet me and shuffled off to the back ( because she did this it did not occur to me that she was thee manager as I certainly don't expect that treatment - no wonder her staff just could not care. I then spoke to her and all she said was please put your mask over your nose ( which had slipped underneath it during my venting. Her demeanor was dismissive and nonchalant - no apology. She said the guard had opened the door for me as though that was good enough. Woolworths must not state that they close 6 pm if they closing doors at 17h55. If u want to close earlier state the exact time you closing and close then whether the shop was empty or not. And get better, interested manager s that the staff can respect and follow their example. You would not think that the unemployment rate is so high with these attitudes -many are starving without jobs!! I have their names if you are interested.
