WOOLWORTHS BROOKLYN NEED TO GET MATHS CLASSES AS THEY ARE *****ING MONEY!

I indicated to the cashier (Makhozana) that I did not receive my 20% off when I bought 2 steaks and save 20%. She called the manager, his name was Dave, after waiting 18 minutes for them to do the calculation they gave me R10,80c back!!!!!

I called another manager, which name I can not recall, and trying to explain to her that I was supposed to get R62 back and not R10,80c, Dave and Makhozana again started arguing l. It took me 10 more minutes to show them how to work out 20% of an amount! By this time I got late for my appointment and had to leave without my money and told them that I will take up the situation with main office.

To make it even worse, I then phoned their customer service and they said I’ll receive feedback and it is now 3 days later, still did not receive any response AND THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY!!!!!
