Woolworths Brooklyn Mall customer service fail

I went to Menlyn Woolworths yesterday, looking for something specific for a gift. They sent me to Brooklyn Mall, saying they have a lot of stock. I got to Brooklyn, got sent to the information counter where I got told that it's at the off-site warehouse, but they will be able to get it for me on the same day. I said that I will come back the next morning on my way to the party, they ensured me that it will be there this morning. This morning, it is not here and I'm left embarrassed and empty handed at the party. Not cool, Woolies. Not cool.
