Woolworths Brooklyn
I was an employee at woolworths brooklyn and was happy for ⁴ months after that I was suspended for shortage in my float when I try to challenge them to prove my case,I was told that no matter what I ďo or proof the fact remains that I have shortage which is I see it as in human because as much as you try to proof your case they rely on the fact that is your float when I try to get evidence on the camera for that day the incident happened they told me the cameras where not working,Tell me how's that fair? And the ER of woolworths Thulani Mokwena have the nerve that they don't always rely on cameras how is that possible,I never took this far to ccma because I felt ĺike it was unfair dismissal because you can rely only on float thañ the cameras,Cameras are there to protect the shrinkage, risks of the shop but they were nor working during my incident so my advice to you who want to work for this company bare in mid that they can replace you just like that without any substantial evidence only relying on the fact that you must protect your float but cameras are not for your protection.
