Woolworths Breach of Contract

On the 25 March 2015 I bought a bracelet and a pair of earrings and a bracelet at the Witchery outlet located in the Woolworths store in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.<br> <br> It was a graduation gift for my daughter, but as she didn't like the earrings or bracelet and she decided to return it to the store in question. Armed with all the necessary receipts she was told that it was Witchery's policy not to exchange or refund earring purchases, and that they could exchange the bracelet as it was not in the original condition, even though the item had never been used.<br> <br> As this policy was in now way communicated nor publicly displayed in the store, I would like to lodge a strong complaint and request in the strongest possible terms that my money be refunded as soon as possible.<br> I have launched a complaint with Woolworths but they have not responded.
