Woolworths Bracken Corner - Brackenfell

I would like to express my disappointment in the way business is conducted at Woolworths Brackenfell at Bracken Corner in Cape Town. The staff seems to not know how the systems work. We have a Woolworths credit card, of which they do not know how to process. We’ve used this card several times, we’ve never had any issues anywhere else. We are truly disappointed that we even decided to return our products as the process was taking too long even the manager doesn’t know what to do. Staff training seems to be an issue. The fact that I have to leave the store and run around to get cash yet I have my bank card, a credit card and even used my phone for payment. They seem to not know what they are doing. Please attend to this . I do expect a response.
