Woolworths Bluevalley Lacks Professionalism, S****s and Good customer Service

I am so disappointed with the service I received from woolworths blue valley, I requested the cashier at the till to pay my store account and she paid the money to the loan account without my knowledge. Now I receive an SMS stating that I am owing R1000 on my store account which I advised them to pay. This is messing with my credit score because of a lack of professionalism and good customer service. I do not expect such service from woolworths I am very disappointed.
