Woolworths Blue Route mall unprofessional staff Sharon and Melissa

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Woolworths store in Blue Route Mall, Tokai. On my recent visit, I attempted to return a pair of socks that I purchased at Blue Route.

The reason for the return was that the socks,size 9-12 for my son, were too big when I opened the package. However, when I presented the socks for return, I was informed by staff members Sharon and Melissa that the socks were used and therefore could not be returned.

This was not the case, as the socks were still in their original packaging with tags attached and had never been worn. I found Sharon and Melissa's attitude and behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary steps to address the issues I've raised. I would like to request a full refund for the socks.
