Absolutely ridiculous service at Woolworths - Blue Route

I bought a very expensive perfume and the person that helped me gave the complete wrong perfume. I only noticed a few weeks later when I opened it and saw it was the wrong one. I decided to go back and exchange it and was told no i can't. What I waste of over R2k. Because the sales person put the wrong perfume in the wrong package.
