Woolworths Bloemfontein Coffee Shops disappointing!!

Woolworths Northridge Mall Coffee Shop: received drinks, coffee and tea immediately, waited more than a hour for food while people arriving after us received their food orders and takeaway orders going out asap. We left paying our drink orders. This was not a the first time. A lot of people are complaining about the bad service at all the Bloemfontein branches. I am a old client of Woolworths but their coffee shops does not have the same quality service and products as the retail!! I’ll never support the coffee shops again.
