Woolworths Blacklisted my wife after liquidation

We're battling to buy a house at the moment because Woolworths Finance decided to hand over my wife to MBD Attorneys and Blacklisted her on Experian after she sent all required documents to Wollies proving that her company was liquidated in 2010, in as far as I know the amount on the Woolworths Credit Card was supposed to be settled by their insurance division and it's actually what Woolworths Finance Switchboard is saying was done, they are saying it shows on their system that the account was actually settled back then, why on earth is it now showing on Experian that she defaulted when she did not, why was the account handed over to MBD in the first place, it is so sad to see the way Woolworths is treating their customers the minute they get into trouble after years and years of loyalty and support that we give to them, this is so unfair really.
