Woolworths black forest cake= chocolate bread with only whipped cream

I bought a black forest cake which was utterly horrible.The cake was dry and it is supposed to have chocolate ganache between the layers of cake but all i had was dryness of a cocoa bread. I would have expected a better quality cake and deeply disappointed .
