Dear customer care, I wish to complain

The Centurion branch where the printers are out of order

I have visited the branch on three occasions based on the promise that your staff was given, the printers would be repaired - to no avail. (Why was I not rerouted to another branch?)

Now I have a temporary card on printed paper where the ink will not last for one month and I received a message that my card would be mailed to me ( when did I agree to that?)

Sincerely unhappy about your system - not the branch staff.
