Woolworths Ballito Lifestyle Centre - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

tried to buy 2 items from the Woolworths Website & Woolworths App, I have used so many times over the years. I am based in Johannesburg and I wanted to buy a bottle of wine and chocolates for a friend who lives in Ballito.

I therefore selected the 'Click & Collect' option from Ballito Lifestyle Centre Woolworths. After struggling for a long-time, I called the online 'Customer Support' number hoping for a solution. The called dropped about three times on Woolworths' side. When I finally got through, I could not hear the agents voice & continually asked her to speak into the microphone, which solved the problem every time. After getting nowhere on the phone with her she asked me give me her my email address, which I gave her around 6 times, and then she just put down the phone.

When I called back, another gentleman said he would find who I spoke to, but the call just continued to loop & I spoke to nobody.

I even tried to call the Ballito Lifestyle Centre Woolworths, but the phone was continually picked up & put down.

Woolworths, is this good enough?

So after so many hours of struggling, I have still not been able to buy 1 bottle of wine & 1 box of chocolates from Ballito Lifestyle Centre Woolworths!!

What must I do?
