Woolworths bag selling rockets and bad attitude raises

Woolworths Lephalale the food section staff is extremely unfriendly. But worst is all of a sudden midst a virus outbreak they don't have plastic bags and only have bags that is ridiculously pricey, I had to buy a bag today for R150 that they have never stocked when that was full they rudely insisted that I buy another one... I requested a box and was told that they would not give me a box that I can put my R2500 worth of groceries loose in my trolley and then repack it in my boot. So how clean and hygienic is that? Why do they now only sell bags that is very expensive? Why are they not assisting with boxes when they have lots lying around. The attitude of the cashier as well of the manager was horrible and they did not once try to assist or come up with a cheaper solution. My yoghurt was pierced in my car which was not only waist full expenditure but also caused lots of inconvenience. Why does other super markets have bags and follow proper hygiene measures but Woolworths Lephalale not? I had to put up a fight for a box and was told very rudely that I will not be helped again if I don't want to buy the expensive bags it will be loose in my trolley.
