Woolworths bad service in Bay Side Mall Sunningdale. Cape Town

We went to Woolworths restaurant Table Bay Mall for lunch. Well the service was so slow that I thought they had forgotten about us, when I tried to get attention the one waitress showed me to wait although there were maybe 6 tables occupied. There were just 2 cakes on the cake table one was creme caramel cheese cake ???uncut and the other did not have a tag. No ****fins, no scones?? The food quality was not the best. My chips were almost tasteless, my pork sausage I did not finish. the scrambled egg was very good, the Late and Coke were fine. The staff seemed to be somewhat disinterested and just going about there duties with no passion and the customers were not the main focus but rather an inconveniance. I have been there before and the attitude was unfortunately the same. I will not visit another Woolworths coffee bar or restaurant again.
