Woolworths Bad Service

After many requests from my side to have a debit order initiated for payment of my Woolworths credit this was not done. I make payment every month but yet my credit record indicates i haven't made payment. I requested this be corrected but was informed this will only be corrected if they made a mistake, I then rep**** that it is a mistake from their side but now no one is replying to me. I need my credit record updated. Terrible service !! And no accountability!!!
