Woolworths BAD service

An order was placed on your online shopping. The order was returned as they said nobody was available to receive my order which was utterly untrue. This took about 2 weeks. So I phoned woolworths and they said they will deliver my order which they never did. Another week went by and I called and was informed that the items were now out of stock and I would receive a voucher via sms on Friday and it is now 4 days later and I’ve received no sms and no contact from Woolworths. I spoke to Joyce and she advised that my order was a total of R483 and for all the inconvenience she would send a voucher for a total of R500. I am disgusted and highly disappointed with the service from Woolworths.
