Woolworths bad customer service *********** people

My accounts was paid up a year ago..i received paid up letters..my name is severely damaged due to *********** people working in the Woolworths group...i was promised that my name will be cleared on ITC but nothing has been done..now i sit with a damaged ITC record and even though all my accounts was paid up..still there is a outstanding balance reflecting on ITC...i have called i have emailed i have threatened but nothing nothing has been done!!! I will not promte or purchase anything from Woolworths ever again..i will tell the whole world how they treat their clients how the like to damage a person's name...i want my name fixed!
