WOOLWORTHS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My son purchased a beautiful Linen Dress from Country Road for my birthday gift. He could not find the color I preferred so got the white one and said I could exchange it. He didnt give me the slip but the tag was still on the dress. Fourways woolworths only wanted to refund me R699 for a dress that he paid R1100 for because I had no receipt. I find this disgusting and Woolworths customer line is the MOST SHOCKING LINE TO CALL FOR HELP. I had to phone almost 16 times . And on all occassions I was kept hanging. Will never buy from Woolworths again.
