Woolworths bad customer service

<p>I Am very disappointed with the service I received from woolworths Mall of Africa by neglect for customers. I ordered a shoe and it ruined within a month of purchase </p> <p>I requested the consultant to order a shoe for me and my details taken down but no-no-one called for the shoe I waited and exeeded the 2weeks I was told to wait for... I decided to walk in the store today only to see the shoe on the floor to be sold... and im told the was an attempt to call me a hen the diddid no receive any call</p> <p>i don't understand why I would need to g back the store and no-one cared to call me. This is very disappointing </p> <p>This means that I would have never received the shoe nor phone call or told it was sold out... </p>
