Woolworths bad customer care!

Woolworths online has been completely useless. I have tired to have flowers delivered to a friend as well as chocolates and have had nothing but grief since Monday. They got my order completely wrong, couldn’t replace the flowers when they did not have them, did not phone me back with a resolution as promised and the flowers still have not been delivered. I was also charged twice. The delivery man was rude and hung up on me when finally trying to deliver my order to my friend and I have no idea if now she has received the flowers I ordered. I am extremely disappointed.
