Woolworths bad business practice

I had a Woolworths credit card which went into arrears due to unemployment. My account was handed over to VVM attorneys. As soon as I became employed, I started paying untill I finished paying. When I'm happy that the battle is over I was fooling myself. I have made countless calls and sending a number of Emails to have Woolworths to remove me from credit bereau but I'm fighting a loosing battle. When I check my credit status it still shows that I still owe Woolworths. 😭
