WOOLWORTHS BAD BAD BAD

I have a Woolworths credit card. It expired end of September, no call, emails sms or nothing was received to notify me. When I require a new credit card, Woolworths customer care informed me that they are very sorry but there is not a branch in Rustenburg where my credit card can be delivered. Really we are a big city how can it be that now it is the customer's problem to get a new card ?? I mean really how is it possible. I will not leave this - It is shocking and disappointing that so big store have such attitude.
