Woolworths - bad attitude

Today I went to woolies to exchange a gift that I had gotten as I do not like the style, I presented Nthabiseng with my slip at Irene mall and was told that I can only get a gift voucher, I have proof! And secondly according to the policy one can get a cash refund if they have proof of purchase. So much for policies! Disgusting attitude!
