Woolworths bad after services

ORDER NUMBER O*** I order a few things with woolworths online. I am very disappointed and disgusted with woolworths after service.

I ordered to pairs of boots Soft Flexi on the 08.07.2023. The one pair was 100% the other pair was way to big we ordered a size 7 but it seems like this was a 8 or a 9. When my friend to them back to Woolworths Alberton City just to be told she doesn't have a slip and she will only get a refund of R600.00 where I paid as per attached order R890.00 per pair.

This is unacceptable and disgusting to think you pay a certain amount and get refunded less.

I will never again buy any thing online from woolworths. I want my full refund.
