Woolworths Awful Carrot Cake

On Sunday morning my wife purchased a carrot cake (pictures attached) from your Foods store at All Saints Centre in Olivedale as we had visitors over for a small Birthday celebration.

We were so disappointed In the carrot cake which tasted more like a ****** cake and not at all like carrot cake should. Also it was over-moist to the point of soggy. Very disappointed. I posted to Woolworths on Monday - Zero response. I mailed Woolworths Customer Service on Tuesday -Today is Wednesday and zero response. Woolworths charges a premium yet delivers poor product and poor customer service.
