Woolworths Attorneys worst service ever

After declared medical unfit only recieving pensioen and arrangements were made by woolworths lawayer South dale Attorneys that i acc number *** made payment yesterday amount of R340.00 from CAPITEC bank Wereby the lawayer phoning a person only let it rang for second then i have to phone for my cell number and Mrs Dineso at 12:05 said it DOESNT reflect at all because it takes 3 days to reflect on their side and that i didnt make the payment? How is this possible when it show clearly on my capitec bank Wereby account were given to me ti make payments? Attorneys contact number *** that i had to contacted was the worst service ever as i SAID to Mrs Dineso Wereby she said that hellopeter dont exist at all and i never made payment? How is it possible that payment had to be made on the 1st of March 2023 but client went all the WAY and made payment on the end of the month and were told by Mrs Dineso that it is my mistake because it takes 3 days to reflect but without dignity and respect never gave me email so that i can send proof of payment. I must say worst experience ever that a client is treated by Attorneys woolworths used to get their money but treated like no thing when payments were made.
