Woolworths Arrears Paid Up

Woolworths account was handed to a collection agency and the account has since been paid. I was prmoised it will go back in store . I made a settlement and was told I have paid up the account and Iam not owing. I tried to purchase with the card but the card declined.

It does show there is about 3k to buy but it seems the card is blocked. I would like to use my store card please can you unblock it as per agreement.
