Woolworths are trying to ******* people

I was retrenched in August 2015 and September 2015 went ito Woolworths Pavillon Durban and paid my 3 accounts I had with them in full Credit crd Store card and loan all which thankfully i swiped on my debit card Last year I get a threathning letter from the debt company saying that i owe money i have never been contacted firstly by Woolworths to warrant them sending me to a debt recover So i went and fot statements and sent all settled oh so i thought yesterday same said debt company NICS sends a letter that they are going to court for my lack of communication I am so ****ed off as I have sent this alrady and now have to do this again given that i do not have a scanner i have to go and redo all this as Woolworths failed to update their records or failed to inform me my address hasnt cahnged or my landline so what gives If i didnt pay with my debit card i would of been *****ed thankfully i swiped and it is on record What a ******* all because they did not update their records accordingly i am being harrased
