Woolworths are *******

I made 2 online purchases and Woolworths dedicated 3 separated amounts from my account. There is a sum of R1603 that is in their suspense account that they ********ly dedicated from my account because once an order was placed money was immediately deducted yes on the 25th December when they were closed a third amount was deducted. I have written to them as no one answers their customer service line and it is already the 18th December 2020 and I have received no response. Their o vm lije service is tardy with despicable turn around times. How on earth can a company that is always gifting celebrities behave in so irresponsibly. I will not support this store ever and as a Principal I will make sure my students, their parents and families abstain from shopping at this disgusting establishment. I have a good mind to get the EFF involved. This is highway *******. *****ing from the poor to give to the rich. You should be ****** ashamed.
