Woolworths are the most *********** company I have ever had to deal with.

Don’t ever bother with applying for a Woolworths store card, they are the most *********** bunch of people I have ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. I app**** for a store card 3 weeks ago and sent I’m my bank statements a day later. A week later I was messaged to say that my proof of income was outstanding, I then mailed my bank statements again as I am self employed. Another week later and an exact repeat of the previous weeks events. I was called by 3 different agents in 3 different occasions in between and the last one told me that my application was approved.I went into the Cresta store on Thursday last week and the lady at the WFS counter contacted her head office and they assured me that my card will be processed on that Saturday latest. Monday following, I get a message requesting proof of income. I again went into the store and was told that the application had been withdrawn and that I had to re apply. I will never deal with Woolworths again. I was a regular shopper, but now I will not even enter their stores. They are a unproffesional bunch of *********** people who should never be allowed to be in business. Stay away from Woolworths, you will be doing yourself a favour.
