WOOLWORTHS ARE THE BEST

I recently tried to buy an item on line but unfortunately it was out of stock. I left a message on the website and was very pleased to have an email response, and beyond words when someone ACTUALLY phoned me to tell me they had found the product I wanted and were having it brought down from Durban to the Greenacres store where i could pick it up! FANTASTIC SERVICE WOOLIES - you have restored my faith that there are companies out there that care about their customers. It's a pity you can't teach MTN how customer service works.
